Stage 4: “Cancer” According to research reports, patients with cirrhosis caused by non-alcoholic fatty liver disease have a 11.3% risk of developing liver cancer within 5 years. Cirrhosis is an important cause of liver cancer and must be treated promptly. How to “reverse” fatty liver? 1. Adjust your eating habits Eat until you are 70% full at each meal, and do not overeat; Eat less midnight snacks and focus on controlling calorie intake at night; Eat less sugary drinks and desserts, and pay attention to sugar control; Eat less highly processed refined foods, such as snacks; Try not to drink alcohol, especially not to drink excessively; Eat more grains, deep-sea fish, vegetables and fruits 2. Exercise regularly every week It is recommended to do moderate-intensity aerobic exercise regularly, 5 times a week, half an hour each time; or do high-intensity aerobic exercise, 3 times a week, 20 minutes each time.
