Dislocation and first aid

Dislocation and first aid

Dislocation, also known as joint dislocation, refers to the dislocation of the upper and lower bone ends of a joint. This is a common emergency in sports injuries.

When a dislocation occurs, the affected joint will become painful, swollen, and even lose function, and sometimes blood vessels may rupture and nerves may be damaged. Shoulder and elbow dislocations are more common among adolescents.

The correct first aid method for dislocation: stop the activity immediately and do not rub the dislocated part. You can first use a triangular bandage to correctly bandage and fix it, then send it to the hospital in time and ask the doctor for treatment.
