What is the vaginal opening? Many people are curious about this matter and want to discuss what it is. In fact, the vulva is the opening inside the vagina, located in the prismatic space between the labia minora on both sides: on the posterior side of the vaginal vestibule, behind the urethral opening. The appearance and size of the vulva vary greatly from person to person.

The urethral opening, which is much smaller than the vaginal opening, is located between the clitoris and the vaginal opening. The vaginal opening of young women usually has a tissue called the "prevaginal membrane". The vulva is generally closed, and the vaginal walls are close together.

A little bit above and below the vulva are the Bartholin's glands, which produce lubricant during sexual stimulation, and the vagina itself also produces lubricant. The vulva is located behind the urethra and behind the vestibule.

Close to the outer edge of the ischial tuberosity and in the middle of the vulva, there is an irregular oval-shaped small round hole through which urine is discharged. There is a pair of glandular ducts on the posterior wall, called paraurethral glands, which open on the posterior wall of the urethral opening and are often where pathogens lurk.

Anatomical knowledge of the female reproductive organs, there are two openings on the inside of the labia majora and minora. The opening on the top near the clitoris is the urethral opening, which leads to the bladder and is the safe passage for urination; directly below the urethral opening is the vaginal opening. When a woman achieves sexual pleasure, the carbohydrates and sugars in her blood can penetrate into the reproductive system, increasing the survival time of sperm entering and improving motility.

At the same time, the labia minora becomes engorged and swollen, making the vulva tighter, the superficial folds in the vagina flex and expand, which is conducive to the storage of semen, and the cervix also relaxes and stretches, making it easier for sperm to enter.
