Remember to take "four precautions" in autumn sports

Autumn is coming,

It’s neither too hot nor too cold, so comfortable!

Perfect for outdoor sports

Good time.

Are you afraid of getting injured when going out for exercise?

How to prevent it?

Keep in mind the "four preventions" during autumn sports!

1. Prevent sports injuries

In low temperatures, the body will reflexively contract blood vessels, increase muscle and ligament viscosity, reduce stretchability, reduce joint range of motion, and reduce the ability of the nervous system to command muscles. If you do not do adequate warm-up exercises before exercise, you will suffer from joint and ligament strains, muscle strains, etc. The time and content of warm-up exercises vary from person to person, and it is generally appropriate to do so when the body is warm.

2. Prevent colds

The temperature in the early morning of autumn is low, so you should add or remove clothes according to the outdoor temperature. When exercising, you should not take off too many clothes at once. You should wait until your body is warm before taking off too many clothes. After exercising, you should avoid staying in the cold wind with sweaty clothes to prevent catching a cold.

3. Prevent excessive exercise

Autumn is a good season for exercise, but be careful not to exercise too much. It is advisable to choose an easy and gentle exercise with moderate activity. Follow your own pace and do it according to your ability. Swimming, cycling, playing badminton, and mountain climbing are also good choices.

4. Prevent autumn dryness

The dry climate in autumn can easily cause symptoms such as dry throat, dry mouth and tongue, chapped lips, nose bleeding, constipation, etc. Exercisers should drink more water and eat more soft foods such as pears, apples, sesame seeds, and fresh vegetables to maintain normal secretion of the upper respiratory tract mucosa and prevent sore throat. If you sweat too much during exercise, you can add a small amount of salt to the water to maintain the acid-base balance in the body.
