Looking bad and having bad breath?

When you wake up, you feel heavy and don’t want to do anything?

In fact, this is probably your intestines "protesting"

"Gut age" premature aging...

Keeping the intestines young is directly related to human health and even life expectancy. However, the biggest problem now is that there are too many opportunities for the intestinal flora to be destroyed! Let me see who is destroying it...

The "behind-the-scenes pusher" that destroys intestinal flora

1. Antibiotics

More and more studies have shown that antibiotics have a profound impact on human microorganisms, especially intestinal microorganisms. While killing harmful bacteria, antibiotics also kill beneficial bacteria. Therefore, antibiotics can seriously damage the intestinal flora environment and cause intestinal flora disorders.

2. Additives

Many of the additives in food can cause intestinal flora disorders. In short, there are many reasons for intestinal flora disorders in modern society, and the diseases caused by them are also unexpectedly numerous......

So, how to change this situation?

Ways to improve your intestinal flora

1. Microbiota transplantation

Feces contains a large amount of intestinal flora, but how to utilize it?

China was the first country to use feces for treatment. The use of feces as medicine began with the traditional Chinese medicine "Huanglong Decoction" more than 1,000 years ago...

Ge Hong of the Eastern Jin Dynasty (300-400 AD) recorded in his book "Emergency Prescriptions for the Elbow" that when treating exogenous diseases, one can "squeeze feces juice, drink a few cups of it until it reaches one or two liters, it is called Huanglong Decoction, the older the better."

However, time flies, and more than 1,700 years later, "eating feces to cure diseases" has become a new medical concept called "fecal transplantation."

Fecal transplantation, also known as fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT), is to transplant the functional flora in the feces of healthy people into the gastrointestinal tract of patients to rebuild new intestinal flora and achieve the treatment of intestinal and extra-intestinal diseases. (Be careful not to get it wrong! It is the flora that is transplanted, not the feces~)

Intestinal flora transplantation

So, how do intestinal bacteria get transplanted into the human body? There are two main ways:

Injection of flora fluid (gastroscopy, gastrojejunal nutrition tube, stoma, colonoscopy, enema, etc.)

Swallow bacterial capsules

Each transplant method has its advantages and disadvantages. Doctors will choose the most appropriate transplant method based on the patient's needs, the hospital's expertise and practical feasibility. The most easily accepted method is oral capsules.

2. Healthy living

Secondly, a healthy lifestyle is essential! It not only keeps the intestines healthy, but also effectively delays intestinal aging and prevents diseases.

1. Lifestyle: Maintain a regular schedule, exercise moderately, and get enough sleep;

2. Eating habits: reasonable dietary proportions, balanced nutrition, and reducing the intake of alcohol and raw, cold, and spicy foods;

3. Supplementation of probiotics or prebiotics: You can choose probiotic powder or dietary supplements. The principle is to supplement in moderation, persistence and diversification.
