Why do I still have my period when my test result is weak positive?

Adult women will have a few days every month when they feel a little uncomfortable in the abdomen, and some people even feel excruciating pain. In fact, this can prove that you already have the ability to get pregnant. Of course, you need to do a lot of examinations before getting married and getting pregnant. So, why does weak yang still have periods?

1. When a woman's menstruation is delayed for more than ten days, and the early pregnancy test paper shows a weak positive result, and then she has her first menstruation, this may be an ectopic pregnancy. At this stage, it is best to do a blood test for hcg to diagnose whether it is an ectopic pregnancy;

2. Ectopic pregnancy refers to the fusion of sperm and egg. Generally, the sperm and egg will secrete human chorionic gonadotropin after seven days. After another seven days, it can be detected with a pregnancy test strip. Usually the sperm and egg have been metabolized, but have not returned to the uterus for the embryo to implant. That is, miscarriage that occurs before menstruation, also known as hidden miscarriage, accounts for 2/3 of miscarriages in early pregnancy.

Reasons for delayed menstruation

1. Pregnancy

Ten days after the menstruation is delayed, you can go to the hospital for a urine pregnancy test. If the result is positive, you are very likely pregnant. Other symptoms of pregnancy may also occur, such as chills, dizziness, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, etc.

2. Medicines

Taking estrogen-containing drugs, such as copper corpus luteum and birth control pills, can increase the follicular phase and lead to delayed menstruation. The new generation of gastrokinetic drugs may also cause delayed menstruation.

3. Surgery

For example, intrauterine surgery may cause intrauterine or cervical adhesions, which may prevent menstruation from being discharged, thereby delaying menstruation.

4. Endocrine imbalance

Obesity, excessive dieting, irregular lifestyle, ovarian aging, polycystic ovary syndrome, etc. can all cause endocrine imbalance in women and lead to delayed menstruation.

5. Chronic diseases

Chronic hepatitis, tuberculosis, tumors, hypothyroidism, severe anemia, lack of vitamin E, etc., often cause delayed menstruation.

6. Spiritual elements

Psychological disorders such as anxiety, excessive stress, changes in the natural environment, etc. can all cause delayed menstruation.
