First of all, we need to understand why the nose bleeds. There are many small blood vessels in the nose, and these small blood vessels are relatively fragile. In spring, the weather is relatively dry, and these small blood vessels are relatively fragile. Sometimes blowing your nose, picking your nose, etc., will cause small blood vessels to rupture and bleed.

After bleeding, some friends will say: raise your head and pat your forehead; or put some toilet paper in your nose; or raise your head and plug both nostrils, etc. In fact, these methods are wrong. Because when the nose is bleeding, raising your head or plugging something may cause the blood to turn into blood clots, which can be accidentally inhaled into the airway and cause obstruction and suffocation.

So what is the correct way to deal with it? In fact, it is very simple. Lean forward and lower your head. Use two fingers to press the roots of the nose on both sides. In fact, it is compression to stop bleeding. At the same time, breathe through your mouth. As shown in the picture below.
