5 TCM tips to eliminate headaches

Headaches often occur in life. Headaches come quickly but go away slowly, which makes people suffer unbearably. Chinese medicine teaches you 5 tips to get rid of annoying head pains as soon as possible.

Common chronic headaches, such as swelling and pain in the top of the head, back of the head or forehead, without any symptoms such as cold or fever, are very annoying.

Technique 1: For ear exercises, use both hands to massage the earlobes on both sides 18 times respectively, then cover the ear canals with the thenars of both hands, place your fingers on the back of the head, press the middle finger with your index finger and slide down and tap the back of the head 24 times, you can hear a thudding sound.

Technique 2: Push the Yin Tang with your thumb from bottom to top, to the forehead, from light to moderate, until it becomes locally flushed.

Technique three: rub and press the temple. The temple is located between the end of the eyebrow and the outer corner of the eye, in the depression one inch back. Rub and press with the thumb or index finger, lightly at first and then heavily, and push from the temple to the Fengchi point (1.5 inches in the depression behind the mastoid process), then press the Fengchi point several times and the Jianjing point (middle of the line connecting the seventh cervical spinous process and the acromion) 18 times.

Technique 4: Rub the forehead. Curl the index finger and stroke the forehead with the inner side 30 times, from the middle of the forehead to the temple; rub the temple 30 times with the middle finger; use the palm of your hand to do dry face washing action 10 times.

Trick five: Prunella Vulgaris and Chrysanthemum Pillow. Take equal parts of Prunella Vulgaris and chrysanthemum, put them into the pillow, and use it when sleeping at night. It can cure many kinds of persistent headaches.

Experts point out that headache is a common clinical symptom. There are many reasons for headache. Not only diseases of the brain, eyes, ears, nose, throat and other organs can cause headache, but systemic diseases can also cause this manifestation. Some of them are serious and fatal diseases, such as craniocerebral trauma, cerebral hemorrhage, etc., so you need to be highly vigilant and seek medical attention in time.
