JD Power: iPad user satisfaction is 93.6%, once again topping the list

The latest survey report on user satisfaction with tablet computers released by JD Power and Associates shows that iPad user satisfaction ranks first again, which is the second time that iPad has topped the list. JD Power's evaluation of iPad is "among the best", and no tablet has ever received such a high evaluation before.

In this user satisfaction survey, iPad scored 836 points, which means that 836 out of 1,000 users were satisfied with iPad. Amazon, Samsung, Asus and Acer ranked behind iPad, with scores of 829, 822, 818 and 784 respectively.

JD Power evaluates user satisfaction mainly through the following five aspects: performance, user experience, appearance design, function and price.

It is nothing new for Apple products to top the JD Power user satisfaction list. The iPhone has won this honor for nine consecutive times, the most recent being in March this year.
