The "little thing" of drinking water is really not that simple. How should you drink 8 glasses of water a day?

As we all know, water is one of the most important components of the human body. You need to replenish enough water every day to keep your body in the best condition and even stay away from diseases. However, in life, many people do not pay attention to this "little thing" of drinking water because of their busy work. They only rush to replenish water when the body sends out a signal of dehydration. In the long run, this is not a good thing.

So, what are the signs that your body is dehydrated?

1. Dry mouth and swollen tongue

2. Dry skin and lack of elasticity

3. Dark yellow urine and constipation

4. Feeling overheated and dry eyes

5. Dizziness, fatigue, palpitations, muscle cramps

The reference value of water requirement for adults is 1500ml~1700ml per day. We need to reasonably arrange the amount and time of drinking water each time to achieve the best drinking effect. Everyone knows that we should drink eight glasses of water a day. How should we drink these eight glasses of water?

Scientific drinking water schedule:

First cup: 07:00, smooth bowel movements, beauty and skin care

Second cup: 09:00, refreshing and energetic

The third cup: 11:00, increases satiety and helps lose weight

Fourth cup: 12:50, promotes digestion and keeps fit

Fifth cup: 15:00, replenish water and relieve fatigue

Sixth cup: 17:30, increase satiety and reduce food intake

Seventh cup: 19:00, digestion, absorption, detoxification and excretion

Eighth cup: 21:00, replenish water and prevent blood thickening

Notes on drinking water:

1. Don’t wait until you’re thirsty to drink water

2. Drinking too much can easily lead to water poisoning

3. Do not drink cold water on an empty stomach in the morning

4. Do not drink water immediately after a meal

5. Don’t drink water immediately after exercise

6. Drink less water before going to bed

7. The water temperature should not be too high or too hot (25~40℃ is appropriate, not more than 65℃)

8. Drink several times in small amounts and distribute evenly (about 200ml per cup, boiled water is preferred)

Drinking water may seem like a trivial matter, but it has a significant impact. If the body is dehydrated for a long time, it will cause severe constipation, kidney stones, blood clots, gout and other diseases. So remember to drink water frequently, drink good water, and replenish water.
