This is a typical manifestation of spring conjunctivitis.

Countermeasures: Prevention is better than cure For various allergies in spring, prevention is better than cure, and we should start with daily life, diet conditioning and physical exercise.

1. In terms of diet, you can increase the intake of bean products, and you can also eat foods rich in amino acids such as glutinous rice products, sesame powder, walnuts, etc.; in addition, you should consume foods rich in multiple vitamins and minerals to enhance the body's immunity and thus resist the invasion of various pathogenic factors.

2. Appropriate outdoor activities are also one of the ways to improve the body's disease resistance. People with a history of spring allergies should try to avoid places with lush flowers and trees, and do not touch flowers and plants casually; wear long-sleeved clothes, shoes and socks when going out for an outing, and bring anti-allergic drugs. If you experience itchy skin, fever, cough, and shortness of breath, you should leave the environment quickly. If the symptoms are mild, you can take anti-allergic drugs on your own; if you have asthma symptoms, you should go to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment in time. For friends who have already developed dermatitis, they should go to a regular hospital for diagnosis and treatment. Eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, and avoid spicy and irritating foods; when itching or pain occurs, do not wash with hot water, and do not use highly alkaline soap to wash, so as not to irritate the skin.

3. You should pay attention to developing good living habits, maintain a regular life and get enough sleep; wash your face with cold water every day to avoid dry skin; avoid excessive sun exposure; choose cosmetics that do not contain strong fragrances, alcohol and other irritating chemical ingredients.

4. Don’t get depressed or nervous because of spring allergies, as this may aggravate the allergy symptoms. In fact, it is not just spring. Many people are prone to allergies when the seasons change.
