A healthy woman will experience menstruation under normal circumstances. In medicine, a woman’s first menstruation is usually called menarche. Menarche also marks the beginning of puberty for women and the maturation of their sexual organs. Menstruation is a physiological state that women must experience. It is regular and cyclical. However, due to some individual factors, many women will have a long period of stagnation after their menarche. So, when will a girl's second menarche come after her menarche?

1. When does a girl's second menstrual period come after her first menstruation?

Under normal circumstances, if you have your first menstruation, it is not certain when your second menstruation will come, because it may be due to endocrine disorders during puberty, so your menstruation may be irregular. It is normal for girls to have menstruation between the ages of 11 and 18, and it does not constitute precocious puberty. Menstruation at this age is often irregular. It may come on time every month or it may be irregular. As you age, your period will gradually become regular and you won’t need to take any medication.

2. Symptoms and signs of menarche

1. Before menstruation, there will usually be some small bloodstains on the underwear.

2. Before menarche, a woman's body will undergo a series of changes. If you understand these changes, you can estimate the time of menarche.

3. After girls enter puberty (11-14 years old), measure their height and weight twice every six months. If a measurement reveals a sudden increase in height and weight, it indicates that the girl may have her first menstruation in the next six months.

4. If you find that your breasts begin to develop, swell and develop areolas, and there is a hard lump when touched, then menarche will occur within the next two years.

5. If a girl's vagina flows out of a transparent, colorless, odorless and slightly viscous liquid like egg white, it is a normal phenomenon; if the leucorrhea is found to be brown, it indicates that the first menstruation will come in 2-3 days.

6. If acne occurs (acne on the cheeks and forehead with small pustules), menstruation will come within 2 to 3 months.

7. Common symptoms include nervousness, irritability, general fatigue, and sometimes headaches, insomnia, and lack of concentration.
