If there is a problem with the liver, it will show mental depression and be particularly prone to fatigue. Moreover, the fatigue caused by liver disease cannot be relieved by rest.

The liver is also the largest digestive gland in the human body. When there is a problem with it, bile secretion will be affected, and fat digestion disorders, weight loss, and diarrhea may occur. If you have long-term diarrhea and are easily fatigued, you must be alert to whether there is a problem with your liver.

You should also pay attention to preventing liver diseases. If you have viral hepatitis such as hepatitis B and hepatitis C, you should do a liver and gallbladder ultrasound and liver function test every 6 months. Be careful not to drink too much, do not eat moldy food, stay away from toxic chemicals, and do not use inferior hair dyes and cosmetics.
