Protecting blood vessels is actually to remove the above factors, such as controlling the three highs, quitting smoking and drinking, exercising, eating a healthy diet, eating a healthy diet, etc. These can protect blood vessels, rather than drinking vinegar, drinking alcohol, eating onions, fungus, or taking health products. Only a comprehensive healthy life + paying attention to controlling the three highs are the basis and correct method for protecting blood vessels.
