When is a woman's ovulation period?

Many newly married couples want to get pregnant and have a baby in a short period of time, but pregnancy follows the laws of nature. It is not possible to get pregnant just because you want to. It is best to choose the ovulation period of a woman. So when is the ovulation period of a woman? There is no specific answer to this question, because every woman's ovulation period is different, and specific problems must be analyzed specifically. Next, let us understand when is the ovulation period for women?

The ovaries of normal women of childbearing age release a mature egg every month. After the egg is released, it enters the fallopian tube and can generally survive for 1-2 days. The sperm produced by men is continuous. Sperm usually remains active in the female reproductive tract for 2-3 days, and its ability to conceive is within 48 hours. If a woman has sexual intercourse within a certain period of time before or after ovulation, she may become pregnant. This period of time is called the "ovulation period".

It is very important to grasp this period. On the one hand, it can give couples who are infertile due to missing the woman's ovulation period a great chance of conception; it can also enable couples who do not want to get pregnant for the time being to prevent conception by missing the "ovulation period" to have sex without other contraceptive measures.

Method 1 to calculate ovulation period by calculation formula

The most popular and most commonly used method for calculating the ovulation period is this: the 14 days before a woman's next menstrual period is her ovulation day. The ten days 4 days before her ovulation day, the ovulation day, and the 5 days after the ovulation day are called the ovulation period.

Method 2 to calculate ovulation period by calculation formula

The easiest way to calculate ovulation is through your own menstrual cycle. The calculation formula is: the first day of ovulation = the shortest menstrual cycle minus 18 days, the last day of ovulation = the longest menstrual cycle minus 11 days. The calculation method is to take the first day of menstruation as the base point and count the days backwards. For example, if a woman's menstrual cycle in the previous few months was 30 days at most and 28 days at most, then the first day of ovulation = 28 days - 18 days = 10 days, and the last day of ovulation = 30 days - 11 days = 19 days. In other words, her ovulation period is the 10th day of this menstruation, and the last day is the 19th day of this menstruation.

By judging the ovulation period of a woman through some common ovulation characteristics, the accompanying characteristics are generally: increased leucorrhea. The body temperature rises slightly. Decreased appetite. Increased sexual desire. Full of energy. Decreased resistance. Ovulation bleeding. Pain in the lower abdomen. Back pain.

When it comes to having a baby, we should not only understand the time of women's ovulation, but also know what issues should be paid attention to during the conception process. Only in this way can we understand it from all aspects and avoid causing unnecessary trouble and consequences. Of course, we should maintain a calm mind when having a baby and not have any negative emotions because of not being able to get pregnant. This will only make things worse.
