So myocardial ischemia refers to cardiovascular stenosis, which causes the blood vessels to be unable to supply enough blood to the heart muscle. The essence of myocardial ischemia is cardiovascular stenosis.

However, many people understand that myocardial ischemia means ischemia in the body, and they need to eat some blood-enriching foods to replenish blood to improve myocardial ischemia.

Since it is not anemia, naturally eating anything cannot directly solve the problem of anemia. Besides, even if it is anemia, we must first find the cause. Foods high in trans fatty acids

Trans fatty acids will increase low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, which will accelerate the degree of atherosclerosis, that is, the formation of vascular plaques. Therefore, foods high in trans fatty acids must be limited and should not be eaten all the time or in large quantities.

Specifically, for example, the first category: Western fast food, hamburgers, pizza; pastries, puff pastries, cream cakes, egg tarts, donuts, wafer biscuits; fried foods, fried dough sticks, French fries, potato chips, fried chicken; desserts, ice cream, ice cream, milk tea, coffee creamer, etc. In addition, the outer packaging has words such as artificial fat, artificial butter, margarine, artificial vegetable butter, vegetable butter, vegetable cream, creamer, cocoa butter substitute, edible hydrogenated oil, shortening, vegetable fat powder, etc. These words indicate foods with high trans fatty acid content.

Dietary habits that are conducive to preventing plaques: In contrast to the above foods, we should appropriately increase dietary fiber, vitamins, folic acid, unsaturated fatty acids, protein, calcium, potassium, magnesium and other minerals in our daily diet. Foods with higher content of these are conducive to preventing atherosclerosis.

Specifically, coarse grains, various beans and bean products, and a variety of fresh vegetables and fruits are all beneficial for our intake of dietary fiber, folic acid, vitamins, minerals, etc.

Appropriate amounts of fish, vegetable oils, etc. help us absorb unsaturated fatty acids; an appropriate amount of nuts, an appropriate amount of dairy products, and a small amount of lean meat.

The diet should follow the principles of low salt, low oil and low sugar. Try to eat more than 12 kinds of food every day and more than 25 kinds of food every week.
