Simply put, it is what your physical examination report shows: carotid atherosclerotic plaque formation, coronary atherosclerosis, vascular atherosclerotic plaque formation, local stenosis percentage, etc. If these plaques fall off, it will be dangerous and may lead to myocardial infarction and stroke. Therefore, it is very important to stabilize the plaque. In addition to using drugs to regulate lipids and stabilize plaques, you should also pay attention to keeping your bowels open and avoid straining to defecate, because straining to defecate will increase abdominal pressure, increase blood pressure, shrink blood vessels, and make plaques easy to fall off.
