Women are positive for Chlamydia and Mycoplasma

Chlamydia and Mycoplasma are microorganisms that are commonly found in nature. It is not surprising to find Chlamydia and Mycoplasma in the body. If the human body's immunity is weakened, they may multiply and cause diseases. This type of "Chlamydia positive" is a normal condition and does not mean that the disease occurs. If your doctor performs a systemic microbial culture on you, at least dozens of pathogens can be isolated, but this does not mean that you will have dozens of symptoms. This type of Chlamydia trachomatis positivity does not necessarily mean Chlamydia trachomatis infection. Chlamydia trachomatis can coexist with humans without showing signs of infection.

1. Reasons

1. Decreased immunity. When the patient's immunity is reduced, she may be infected by touching the secretions of patients infected with Chlamydia or mycoplasma, items contaminated by the environment, cotton towels and clothes contaminated with secretions, or even toilet mats in the bathroom. Women with Chlamydia infection can be treated with the traditional Chinese medicine Fuyan Pills.

2. Unclean sexual life. Unclean sexual life is the key cause of Chlamydia and Mycoplasma infection. For boys, it is basically all caused by sexual contact. Chlamydia and Mycoplasma infections are key pathogens that spread quickly and have high infection rates.

3. Traumatic infection. Chlamydia trachomatis can invade the body through small cracks in the skin or mucous membranes. After lying dormant for several days, the bacteria multiply to a sufficient number and then begin to cause disease. Therefore, open wounds should be treated with caution.

2. Differences

Mycoplasma immune system disease: When the body is infected with mycoplasma, it produces specific immunity, but this immunity is weak and short-lived. Therefore, mycoplasma infection can easily lead to persistent, recurrent infection, and latent infection.

1. In terms of immune cells, most of the active and cured mycoplasma patients often produce delayed-type hypersensitivity reactions when given intradermal injections of corresponding antigens. This type of hypersensitivity reaction can be caused by passive migration of reticulocytes. Such immune system diseases are likely to be mediated by T cells.

2. At the cellular immune level, after infection with Mycoplasma, neutralizing antibodies appear in blood cells and some secretions

Immunity to Chlamydia: Macrophages, IgG and IgM all have certain destructive effects on Chlamydia. The SlgA antigen produced by the respiratory mucosa has been shown to have the effect of blocking the absorption of Chlamydia. In children and adolescents, allergic reticulocytes can improve the body's resistance to mycoplasma pneumonia.
