How many times should I practice Ba Duan Jin every day?

Ba Duan Jin, generally according to the requirements, has eight sections. The eight sections are not simply eight movements, they are all connected together, they are interconnected, one after another, it is a continuous movement. If you want to pay attention, for example, under normal circumstances, one section is about 16 times. If you want to reach the amount of exercise, if you are just starting to learn, you may do 6 to 8 times, not necessarily 16 times. Some people may have a lot of time, and they can practice 20 times or 30 times. What kind of exercise volume should be reached? I think the first thing is to sweat slightly after practicing. Sweating is very important because modern urban people lack sweating. In this case, it takes about 15 to 20 minutes to finish Ba Duan Jin. Slightly sweating is the best effect.
