Why is it easy to have diarrhea during menstruation?

The first possibility: symptoms of kidney deficiency or spleen deficiency. Some women have their periods soon, so their physical fitness will begin to decline rapidly. Some women will also show obvious spleen deficiency or kidney deficiency. If these patients eat relatively cold foods during menstruation, they will easily develop diarrhea, and the condition is very serious.

The second possibility: diarrhea caused by eating the wrong food. Women are weak during menstruation, so they should eat more light foods that are good for the body. If they choose to eat too much or eat cold foods at this time, it is easy to cause diarrhea. Some women think that they can avoid gaining weight by eating during menstruation, but in fact this claim is completely groundless.

The third possibility: it is caused by endometriosis. Patients with endometriosis often experience significant menstrual pain, accompanied by obvious diarrhea during menstruation. In addition, some patients also experience internal bleeding or fever during menstruation. It depends on the actual situation to determine whether it is caused by endometriosis.

Every move during the menstrual period should be taken seriously, because the human body is relatively weak at this time, so many diseases can easily take advantage of the situation. During the menstrual period, women should pay more attention to protecting their bodies, eat more foods that are good for the body, and avoid foods that may cause diarrhea. At the same time, they should also pay attention to physical exercise and do some simple exercises to effectively relieve dysmenorrhea.
