Can I drink yogurt when I have menstrual pain?

Yogurt itself has no effect on menstruation, but because yogurt is usually stored in a freezer, and women during menstruation should avoid eating cold foods, you cannot drink frozen yogurt just out of the refrigerator directly. Women can drink hot and moist yogurt during menstruation.
