Is it better to transplant frozen embryos with a higher e2?

Many mothers who are doing in vitro fertilization have to choose frozen embryo transplantation due to physical reasons when they finally do the test tube transplantation. They are also often unclear about the definition of frozen embryo transplantation. Is the higher the e2 of the transplanted frozen embryo, the better? They ask those sisters who have successfully become pregnant, hoping that they can also get pregnant.

Transplantation for in vitro fertilization is divided into fresh cycle transplantation and frozen cycle transplantation. There are certain requirements for the estrogen and progesterone levels of test tube embryos during the cold storage period, and the estrogen level is generally 200-300pg/ml. There are many plans for endometrial preparation during the cryopreservation cycle. Some artificial cycles will add Fen to the vagina to increase the thickness of the endometrium. It is normal for the blood volume to exceed 1000, which will not affect the transplantation.

Estradiol is a natural estrogen produced by the ovarian follicles in the body. It can promote and regulate the normal development of female sexual organs and secondary sexual characteristics. If estradiol is high, you can consider using some androgens to antagonize male hormones. The most common androgen that can antagonize female hormones is testosterone propionate. You can also consider weak androgens, such as danazol.

Although frozen embryo transfer can be performed at an appropriate time, since the test tube embryo is not fertilized in the woman's body, the woman's body is not fully synchronized with the test tube embryo, and insufficient lutein copper is produced for the fertilized egg to implant and develop, so artificial intake of lutein copper is required. The injection dosage can be as little as possible compared to fresh test tube transplantation. Most doctors will use 4b250g/day of corpus luteum copper injection, but doctors will also adjust the dosage according to the patient's individual condition.
