Postpartum rehabilitation training

Postpartum rehabilitation training

Everyone loves beauty, especially women. There is no woman who does not expect to have a perfect body. However, after a woman gives birth, her body shape changes drastically. The muscles of the chest, waist, abdomen, and buttocks will become loose. After giving birth to a baby, if expectant mothers do not lose weight, generally speaking, their body shape will begin to change seriously. It is very important to master postpartum recovery in advance. Let’s take a look at what we learn about postpartum recovery.

Body shape repair

In order to restore the body shape as soon as possible, new mothers can achieve the goal of losing weight through breastfeeding, exercise and other methods. As long as they persist in following the correct method, they will soon be able to restore your beautiful body shape. Exclusive breastfeeding can help us consume a certain amount of calories. Generally speaking, a woman can burn more than 500 calories a day just by breastfeeding. This is a very important point for your postpartum recovery and weight loss. The parts of the body where pregnant women are most likely to gain weight after giving birth are the feet, abdomen, buttocks and arms. If you can do some exercise appropriately and persistently after giving birth, it will also help to create a graceful figure and relieve worries.

Pelvic repair

Pregnancy for ten months is not easy, because the increasing weight of the baby makes the mother's pelvis grow larger, which is an important step in the transformation from a girl to a middle-aged woman. During childbirth, the pubic bones separate, causing the entire pelvis to deform, the hip joints move, forming a "big fat buttocks" shape, and the middle-aged woman's figure is revealed. Therefore, postpartum recovery should be combined with appropriate exercises to repair the pelvis and get the big fat buttocks back.

Vaginal and pelvic tissue

Due to pregnancy, the private parts, vagina and pelvic tissues have undergone certain changes. After giving birth, pregnant women may experience slight edema in the private parts, which will disappear on its own within 3 weeks. If the perineum is severely lacerated or the wound is infected, the wound dehiscence will increase the pain of the pregnant woman and it will take 2 weeks or even 1 month to heal. During delivery, as the fetus passes through the vagina, the vaginal wall is stretched, causing swelling and many tiny wounds. You may feel a little stinging when urinating, but don't worry, it will heal after a week.

After giving birth, the pelvic floor muscles and muscle fascia lose elasticity due to expansion, and part of the muscle tissue often ruptures. If you can keep exercising after giving birth, your pelvic floor muscles can recover to almost the state before pregnancy. Therefore, mothers must go to the hospital for a follow-up check on their pelvic function 42 days after giving birth to facilitate treatment.
