At the beginning, contract the urethra, anus and perineum for 5 to 10 seconds each time, then relax, repeat the above movements at intervals of 5 to 10 seconds, continue for 5 minutes, and do it twice a day. You can gradually increase the amount of exercise in the future.

2. Anal lifting method

It means to purposefully contract the pelvic floor muscles, led by the levator ani muscles, to improve urinary control ability and pelvic floor muscle strength. The actual method is to repeatedly tighten the anus and vagina, remember to release the pressure after each tightening for at least 3 seconds, continue for 15-30 minutes, or do 150-200 times a day. The patient will see improvement in 4-6 weeks and significant results in 3 months. However, for those with moderate to severe pelvic function problems, electrical stimulation therapy or related surgical treatment should be carried out under the guidance of a doctor.

3. Fitness exercise method

This is the method that everyone is most familiar with. Mothers can use some exercises, such as holding urine, anal lifting exercises, contraction exercises or other exercises to enhance elastic recovery and promote vaginal tightening. But remember, not only should you do recovery exercises, you must also ensure you take in the necessary nutrients to ensure muscle repair.

After giving birth, women's bodies also undergo some changes, such as pelvic floor muscle insufficiency. In order to avoid the possibility of subsequent disease, pregnant women will undergo pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation treatment in advance. It is not recommended to have sex during the pelvic floor muscle recovery period. It is recommended that you do rehabilitation exercises before having sex. Through treatment, some diseases caused by insufficient pelvic floor muscle strength in women can be prevented in the early stages. Of course, treatment is not necessary for recovery.
