10 days pregnant, stomach pain

For expectant mothers who are just pregnant with their first child, the early stage of pregnancy is a relatively anxious, cautious and exciting stage. Generally speaking, expectant mothers in the early stages of pregnancy are nervous, fearing that they might suffer the slightest harm. Some expectant mothers will experience abdominal pain in early pregnancy but no bleeding. So what is the reason for the dull abdominal pain 10 days into pregnancy?

On the 10th day of pregnancy, there is dull pain in the abdomen. This is considered to be uterine growing pain, which is a normal phenomenon. After pregnancy, as the fetus grows, the uterus will swell and grow. During the growth process, the cruciate ligaments of the uterus will stretch, and then there will be dull pain in the lower abdomen, which is called uterine growing pain. This is normal. Generally the pain is not severe and pregnant women can tolerate it without affecting their daily life. However, if the pain persists, or worsens, or is accompanied by other symptoms such as pregnancy spotting, vaginal discharge, etc., you must go to the hospital for examination in time.

What to do if you have abdominal pain in early pregnancy

1. Ultrasonic inspection. If you have abdominal pain in early pregnancy, it is recommended to have an abdominal ultrasound examination. Within six to seven weeks from the last menarche, it can be determined whether the gestational sac is implanted in the center of the uterus. If an intravaginal ultrasound examination is performed, the gestational sac can be seen a week in advance.

2. Nourish the fetus. The hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) injection is a common method of preserving pregnancy, but it is best to decide whether to do so after understanding the hCG and progesterone levels in the body. To regulate the body of pregnant women and nourish the fetus, you can also try taking Chinese herbal medicine.

3. Solve miscarriage. Abdominal pain in early pregnancy, accompanied by abnormal vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain, and lower abdominal discomfort, may be a sign of miscarriage. In this case, you must see a doctor as soon as possible. Termination of pregnancy can only be chosen after ectopic pregnancy or inability to maintain pregnancy is confirmed.

The above is some information I have introduced in detail about abdominal pain in early pregnancy without bleeding. I hope it will be of some help to everyone. I think that this situation is caused by physiological reasons on the one hand and problems with eating and sleeping habits on the other. Therefore, expectant mothers should develop good and healthy living habits.
