Menopause and menstrual bleeding

Menopause and menstrual bleeding

If a woman's menstruation is normal, the cycle time is 28-30 days, but it is normal if it is 3 or 4 days early or late. For most people, their menstrual period lasts 3-7 days, and the amount of menstruation is normal. However, if due to various reasons, it is easy to cause increased menstrual flow or prolonged menstruation, and this situation belongs to the situation of prolonged menstruation, then what is the reason for prolonged menstruation?

1. The cause of women's prolonged menstruation may be caused by systemic diseases, such as sepsis, or by gynecological diseases, such as uterine fibroids.

2. Some women may have problems with their reproductive organs, such as IUDs, improper use of emergency contraception, or trauma to the sexual organs, which can easily cause abnormal uterine bleeding. If some middle-aged women experience persistent bleeding, they need to consider whether they have serious diseases such as cervical cancer and ovarian cancer.

3. It is originally related to pregnancy, and is common in miscarriage, etc. Bleeding in late pregnancy is common in uterine rupture, which is mostly caused by various factors such as poor restoration of the embryo adhesion position and poor uterine repair.

Menopause and prolonged menstruation

Women in menopause are most likely to have prolonged menstruation. Prolonged menstruation needs treatment. If it lasts for a long time, be careful of submucosal uterine fibroids. Due to long-term irregular menstruation, the body's calcium, iron and other nutrients are lost quickly, so you need to take care of it and then replenish these trace elements appropriately after care.

Irregular menstruation during menopause is a common condition for women, and its adverse effects are also great. For example, if women have uterine fibroids, endometritis, cervical cancer, uterine and ovarian tumors, etc., it is very easy to cause menopausal and prolonged menstruation. In addition, some blood diseases, high blood pressure, abnormal thyroid hormone, etc. can cause non-menstrual bleeding in the vagina, which is easy to be confused with menopausal menstrual disorders. Therefore, women should be alert to menopausal menstrual disorders.

Therefore, for menopausal women, if they experience prolonged menstrual bleeding, they must go to a reliable hospital for examination. After the condition is confirmed, symptomatic treatment should be carried out. You cannot use medication unilaterally on your own, otherwise it will affect future treatment.
