The egg is an important component of female endocrine. It is produced by an oocyte and the surrounding oocytes in the ovarian cortex. Generally, according to the function of the uterine development process and the changes in shape, it can be divided into three types: initial egg, developing egg and mature follicle. The initial egg of a woman is congenital, so how much can a woman's egg grow in a day? What kind of egg is considered normal? The growth rate of the egg cell is about 1-3mm/day, and the closer to ovulation, the faster the growth rate. The mature follicle is 18-25mm, and the mature follicle usually ovulates within 24-48 hours. A perfect egg should have three characteristics: a diameter greater than 18mm, and be round rather than oval, and have good sound transmission as determined by B-ultrasound. Once it is ready, it will be discharged quickly. In each physiological cycle, only one egg is transformed into perfection, called a mature follicle. The other eggs are inhibited by the inhibition factor, stop growing and developing, and degenerate into locked eggs. From the 5th to 6th day of the cycle, the diameter of the egg is 5-7mm, and on the 10th day, the diameter of the egg reaches 1b250m, which can be clearly displayed by ultrasound. During a normal cycle, the rate of uterine growth is relatively stable, about 1 to 3 mm/day, and faster than 4 mm/day. The closer to ovulation, the faster the growth. It can grow by 7 mm in the 5 hours before ovulation, and can be fully expelled when it grows to 18-23 mm. For some patients, the growth stops at a certain size, and if it does not grow, it is abnormal. The normal size of the follicle is 1.8-2.5cm. When the egg grows to a certain size, it shrinks, which is called luteinized uncleaved follicle syndrome. This disease refers to a group of syndromes in which the menstrual cycle is normal and ovulation is assumed, but the egg does not cleave and ovulation does not occur in the middle and late stages of the actual menstrual period. It is one of the key causes of infertility. The egg is an important component of the female body's endocrine system. Two days after ovulation, the egg will meet normal sperm in the fallopian tubes, and then the sperm and egg will combine, and pregnancy will occur. If there is any abnormality in the egg, normal pregnancy will not be possible, so female friends should pay attention to maintaining their physical health. |
