2. Endocrine abnormalities: Endocrine plays a buffering role on the menarche of the system. If the estrogen or estrogen level is too low, symptoms such as short menstruation and too little menstrual flow are very likely to occur.

3. Anovulatory menstruation: Anovulatory menstruation often causes irregular uterine bleeding, which is common during puberty and menopause. Anovulatory menstruation can be characterized by short menstrual duration and less bleeding.

4. Uterine wall tuberculosis: Uterine wall tuberculosis often invades the uterus, causing infertility. Therefore, the most common symptom is infertility, followed by pelvic pain and menstrual disorders, and may be accompanied by amenorrhea, scanty menstruation, and multifunctional abnormal uterine bleeding.

5. Curettage and abortion: The cervical endometrium is damaged during curettage and abortion, and adhesions occur after the operation, such as cervical canal adhesions. The extent of adhesion can cause amenorrhea, while a small extent can shorten the menstrual period.

In fact, there are many reasons for short menstrual cycles and low menstrual volume. Many women have an innate love of beauty and in order to pursue a perfect devilish figure, they often fast to lose weight. Irregular work and rest schedules, or working overtime at a high-intensity job, puts physical strain on the body. There is also frequent anger and depression, which can easily lead to liver qi stagnation, resulting in less menstrual flow.
