How long does it take to detect pregnancy with a blood test?

Having a blood test for HCG during pregnancy is a relatively early and accurate way to determine whether you are pregnant. The blood test can be done when the menstrual period ends or is delayed. If your menstruation is irregular, you can calculate it from the date of intercourse. About ten days after intercourse, you can do a blood test for HCG. This test method is relatively accurate and has scientific significance.

There is no need to fast for blood tests. The test can be done at any time of the day. The test results are relatively accurate. If the HCG and progesterone values are outside the normal range, it can be accurately judged as pregnancy. It can also be checked with pregnancy test strips. It is more accurate to test with morning urine fifteen days after intercourse.

Pregnancy refers to the egg cell. After the male sperm fuses in the ampulla of the fallopian tube, the sperm and egg combine and travel in the bilateral fallopian tubes and the uterine cavity. It takes about 5 days for the embryo to implant. After the embryo implants, it begins to secrete blood hcg and female hormones and estrogens, which gradually increase with the passage of time. You can check the hcg value in your blood 8 days after having sex to find out whether you are pregnant, but the number is low. If you want to have this child, then don't take medicine casually, don't smoke or drink, don't stay up late, get enough rest, and have a balanced diet.

If the ovulation time can be determined and intercourse happens during the ovulation period, if pregnancy is possible, a blood test on the 7th day after intercourse can detect the pregnancy. The fertilization time after ovulation will not exceed 1 day at the latest. The embryo will be produced 5-6 days after fertilization. It reaches the uterus and implants on the uterine wall. On the 7th day, it combines with sperm and egg to secrete chorionic gonadotropin. Blood tests will show an increase in chorionic gonadotropin. If the pregnancy is normal, it will double in 48 hours. If you cannot determine the time of ovulation, you can only calculate it based on your menstrual period. If you know your menstrual period, you can do a blood test one week before your period to find out whether you are pregnant.
