Subcutaneous lumps of vulva

Subcutaneous lumps of vulva

The subcutaneous tissue of the private parts feels like a lump, which is neither big nor small. Generally, we need to take precautions and pay attention to the lumps in many aspects. You will also be very worried about the lumps in the subcutaneous tissue of the private parts, so you must be vigilant. Below I can introduce to you some symptoms related to vulvar lumps, so that you can learn more about them!

1. Sexually Transmitted Diseases

Sexually transmitted disease lumps are mostly located in the perineum and private parts. Among them, genital warts are more common. After this kind of disease spread by sexual intercourse occurs, red or purple lumps can be seen in the private parts, with uneven surface, soft texture, scattered alone or combined, and shaped like cauliflower. Some also have more serious irritation symptoms, odor and bleeding, making the entire private parts moist and wet underwear.

2. Scar tissue

If there is a history of trauma to the private parts, such as incision of the perineum during pregnancy, there may often be uneven scar tissue left in the area. When I first got married, my hymen was torn very badly, and after it healed, there were still some lumps of tissue hanging on my vulva. This type of lump is unlikely to cause special discomfort in the private parts.

3. Internal Symptoms

Internal disease-related lumps are caused by physical illnesses. Inguinal oblique hernia can cause a reversible lump to appear on the labia majora on the hernial side; filariasis infection can cause eraser-like swelling of the vulva; urethral adenoma can also cause swelling of the urethral opening or clitoris. There is also common uterine prolapse, and there will be hard lumps in the private parts, accompanied by low back pain, lower abdominal pain, difficulty walking, and some may even suffer from urinary incontinence or fecal incontinence. This is caused by the relaxation of the pelvic floor tissue after giving birth.

4. Tumor-like lumps in the private parts

Most of the tumor lumps are located in the labia majora, and some labia majora and minora grow and develop at the same time. These include: simple papilloma that is shaped like a pedunculated fungus or cauliflower, fibroma with hard color and uneven surface, lipoma with slow growth and development, sweat glandoma with nodular protrusions, bright red or dark blue honeycomb hemangioma, private tumor with local itching, bleeding or ulceration, etc.
