2. Stewed bird's nest with Chinese yam and Ophiopogon japonicus

Raw materials for vaccine production: 150g fresh yam, 20g Ophiopogon japonicus, 5g bird's nest, 750ml old hen soup.

Production method: Peel the yam, cut into cubes, remove the inner stems of Ophiopogon japonicus, and wash it; soak the bird's nest in 45℃ warm water, remove the bird's feathers, and wash it. Put the bird's nest, Chinese yam, Ophiopogon japonicus and old hen soup in a stew cup, bring to a boil over low heat, then simmer over low heat for 30 minutes, then add salt for seasoning.

Polygonatum odoratum and Ophiopogon japonicus are good partners

Polygonatum odoratum is sweet in taste, cold in nature and warm in nature. It enters the lung, liver and gallbladder meridians. The raw materials for producing the vaccine include lily, wheat (25 grams each), lotus seed meat, Polygonum multiflorum vine 15 grams each, 2 red dates, and 6 grams of licorice.

Production method of vaccine: Wash lily, wheat, lotus seeds, Polygonum multiflorum, red dates and licorice, soak them in cold water for 30 minutes, pour them into a pot, add water to 700ml, bring to a boil over high heat, and then simmer for 30 minutes. Filter the juice and store it in a thermos bottle. It is recommended to be consumed anytime and anywhere.

The vaccine has the effects of clearing away heat, detoxifying, calming the nerves and promoting sleep, as well as invigorating Qi and nourishing Yin. It is suitable for people who are restless, irritable, insomnia, dreamy, shortness of breath, fatigue, and easy sweating. It is not suitable for people with cough and sputum, food stagnation, lung heat cough or stomach cold diarrhea.
