The temperature changes of women before their period are as follows: Women enter the follicular phase after ovulation. If the patient does not become pregnant, after the corpus luteum shrinks, the woman's estrogen level drops rapidly. Therefore, the patient's body temperature during the ovulation period will drop rapidly to a low value 1-2 days before the menstrual period.

If the patient is pregnant, the body temperature of the woman will be very high during this period before her period, and the temperature will remain high during the ovulation period. Therefore, if a woman's ovulation temperature is checked and the high temperature is maintained for more than 20 days, it indicates that the patient is likely to be pregnant and corresponding pregnancy tests must be carried out.

Generally speaking, when menstruation is approaching, the body temperature will tend to rise, and it is not easy to drop. The range of the rise is about 0.3 to 0.5 degrees. The actual rise value varies from person to person. The rise in body temperature during menstruation is also a normal menstrual phenomenon. There is no need to worry too much. Just keep a good temperature monitoring. At the same time, you should get more rest and keep warm to prevent cold.

In most cases, women's body temperature will not drop during menstruation, but will tend to rise. The increase trend value is about 0.5 degrees. The actual increase value varies from person to person. Due to individual differences and the influence of some environmental and personal factors, the increase in body temperature is also a normal manifestation of women's menstruation.
