Girl's chest bone hurts

Pain in the center of the chest is a common symptom. It may be caused by excessive force from a sudden impact or by some medical condition. When this kind of disease occurs, many people are worried and anxious, and want to understand clearly what it is. Generally speaking, there are six main reasons that can cause pain in the center of the chest. Let's take a look.

Thoracic ligament strain. This is usually caused by overwork or overloading. The chest pain caused by this situation is not a big problem. Just rest and be careful not to overload the lifting objects.

Caused by self-suggestion. Many patients, after learning that they have a certain disease, will feel uncomfortable here and there, and always feel that they have the symptoms of this disease. This can be called self-suggestion or mental illness.

Caused by digestive tract diseases. If you experience chest pain or heart pain, you should first do a gastroscopy to check whether you have gastric disease. Gastric ulcer, reflux gastritis, and gastric spasm may cause stomach pain that sometimes radiates to the chest and causes chest pain.

Causes of costochondritis: Costochondritis is a common disease. The most common type in clinical medicine is nonspecific costochondritis. The main symptoms are chest pain (above the breast), occasional clavicle and back pain, and sometimes pain in the above-mentioned areas when breathing. It is one of the more common chest wall pain symptoms.

Caused by fractured ribs. If you have a rib fracture, the pain will be more obvious at first. It will hurt whether you are at rest or exercising, but the pain will be more obvious when you exercise. Secondly, in the case of a fracture, there will be a feeling of chest tightness and sometimes bloating.

Other diseases caused. Commonly seen in rib neuralgia, heart disease, lung disease and liver and gallbladder disease. Speaking of liver and gallbladder disease, it involves hepatitis B. As we all know, hepatitis B carriers always have liver damage. Liver damage will cause the liver and nearby internal organs to become diseased, and will involve the peritoneum, which carries nerves. This may spread to the chest and cause chest pain, mostly concentrated on the right side of the body.

As can be seen from the above, there are many reasons for pain in the middle of the chest. If this kind of symptom occurs, you should not blindly take medicine or treatment. You should first find out the cause, eliminate the cause, and then treat it symptomatically. In addition, when exercising, you must protect yourself and not hurt yourself easily.
