How to check TCT and HPV

With the current economic development and social development, many people attach great importance to health issues. Women, especially married women, should pay more attention to their health. It is best for us to have a cervical health check once a year. At present, the cervical TCT and HPV tests that we are familiar with can be carried out in many hospitals and will not cause harm to our body. You may want to know the difference between these two tests and whether blood tests are required. We will introduce the knowledge in these aspects below.

First, let us introduce the cervical TCT examination. The cervical TCT examination is to scrape some cervical cells of our women for testing, and then classify and confirm based on cytology to see whether our cervical cells are tumor cells. This technology is a very effective cervical tumor cytology examination technology in our current medicine. The detection rate of cervical TCT examination for our cervical tumor cells is very high, and it can also promptly detect whether our women have signs of cervical precancerous lesions.

The hpv test refers to the patient's tissue fluid and secretions to see if our woman is infected with the hpv virus. If our woman is infected with the hpv virus, and the type of hpv virus is high-risk, it means that the person being tested is a high-risk patient for cervical cancer, and high-risk patients with cervical cancer need treatment. At present, we can treat them through antiviral treatment in clinical medicine.

In fact, the two testing methods, HPV testing and TCT screening, are essentially different. However, both testing methods have very important clinical significance for the screening of cervical cancer. Both tests do not require blood tests, but both tests should be done during the menstrual period. It is best to do the test about 7 days after the end of the menstrual period.

Women should always pay attention to their own health in daily life, and must keep their private parts clean and hygienic. We can exercise more often and exercise outdoors as much as possible to improve our body's quality and enhance our resistance, so as to resist the corrosion of bacteria and viruses. In terms of diet, we should try to choose a diet with a light taste. If we eat too much spicy food, it will reduce our resistance. We also need to pay attention to cleaning our private parts after sex to prevent the growth of bacteria and protect the health of our cervix.
