Is breast adenosis benign?

There are many benefits for pregnant women to choose to breastfeed after giving birth. It can help prevent breast diseases and it is also the best source of nutrition for children. However, breast problems in women are also very common. So is breast adenosis benign? Generally speaking, mastitis is a benign disease related to endocrine disorders. Women can choose traditional Chinese medicine for treatment.

Nowadays, many people cannot correctly distinguish between mammary adenoma and breast cancer. Once they find out that they have mammary adenoma, they are very scared. However, mammary adenoma is a benign tumor, which is generally caused by endocrine disorders. Breast cancer is a malignant tumor, but the current treatment level for breast cancer is very high and the cure rate is very high, which is much better than that for general malignant tumors.

Breast adenoma often occurs in middle-aged people. The time from onset to medical treatment is about 2 years. The main symptoms are cyclical pain, breast lumps and menstrual disorders. The main manifestations of cyclical pain are increased breast pain and enlargement of the lump before menstruation, and reduced pain and smaller lump after menstruation. This cyclical pain usually manifests itself differently depending on the specific condition. Breast lumps often appear multiple, can affect both breasts but can also be single, the lumps are generally small. The shapes of the lumps vary and the edges may be fuzzy. The hardness of the lumps also varies. For example, the lobular hyperplasia type of tumor is tough; the fibroadenosis type of tumor is of medium hardness; the sclerosing adenosis type of tumor is hard and is sometimes misdiagnosed as breast cancer. In terms of menstrual disorders, patients with lobular hyperplasia often have irregular menstruation, shorter periods, and less menstrual volume. There are three main treatment methods: medication, surgery and hormone therapy. Drug treatment is generally used. If drug treatment is ineffective, surgical treatment will be used. Hormone treatment is the least recommended and should not be considered unless in special circumstances.

The symptoms of breast cancer are relatively complex. In the early stages, they are mainly breast lumps, breast pain and nipple discharge, which are similar to the symptoms of breast adenoma. Next there will be nipple erosion and nipple retraction. At the same time, there will be some skin changes caused by breast cancer, usually skin adhesion, superficial varicose veins, skin redness and skin edema, and there will be swollen axillary lymph nodes.

In short, we should correctly understand and view breast adenoma and breast cancer, and understand the differences between them and the differences in their symptoms, so as not to miss the best time for diagnosis and treatment and obtain the best diagnosis and treatment methods.
