Sad Nipple Syndrome Symptoms

Sad Nipple Syndrome Symptoms

The nipple, also called the teat, is the raised cylindrical part in the center of the breast of mammals, which is harder than the nipple and breast. Human female nipples are an important erogenous zone and have a breastfeeding function. The nipple is composed of an inseparable complex of smooth muscle and connective tissue. The smooth muscles are arranged in a circular or radial shape. When sexual excitement or mechanical stimulation is encountered, the smooth muscles contract, causing the nipples to harden and protrude. So what is sad nipple syndrome? What are the symptoms?

The symptoms of uncomfortable nipple syndrome are a relatively normal physiological phenomenon, which refers to the sudden depression, anxiety or restlessness that may be felt during breastfeeding. It usually starts before the milk is discharged and lasts for no more than ten minutes. It may also occur repeatedly every time the milk is discharged. Little do people know that D-MER is puzzled by the inexplicable negative emotions that occur when the nipples are touched during the non-breastfeeding period, and even more puzzled why many men also have similar feelings.

There is still no clear definition of uncomfortable nipple syndrome. It's just that some netizens have raised such a concern on the Internet before, that is, once their nipples are stimulated, they will feel lonely, uncomfortable, sad, and guilty psychologically. It is mainly a kind of low-spirited sense of frustration. Some people will also have symptoms such as sexual apathy, urge to vent, and psychological discomfort. Especially in breastfeeding women, if the secretion of milk is more, then this feeling will be immediately obvious. Conversely, if the milk is eliminated, then from a psychological point of view, this type of disease will have a good recovery.

At present, there is no good scientific research on this symptom, and some people think it is still related to mental disorders.
