Is there more vaginal discharge before or after ovulation?

Now that my country has relaxed the two-child policy, more and more people have embarked on the road of preparing for pregnancy, having sex on the ovulation day to increase the probability of pregnancy. So does the amount of leucorrhea increase before ovulation or after ovulation? Generally speaking, excessive leucorrhea only occurs during ovulation, and it is not common before ovulation. The ovulation period is about 14 days before the next menarche. Mothers who are preparing for pregnancy can plan to get pregnant and give birth to a healthy baby.

The increase in secretions during ovulation is due to the increase in the body's estrogen level, which promotes the proliferation of squamous epithelial cells in the cervical glandular ducts, increases the secretion of cervical mucus, and increases the sodium ions content in the mucus, which can absorb more water and cause more vaginal discharge during ovulation. After ovulation, the level of female hormones gradually decreases, and when the level of estrogen rises, the condition will be relieved. However, each person's system is different and there are some differences. If you want to accurately judge the time of ovulation, you can choose to use an ovulation test paper. You cannot drink water 2 hours before the ovulation test paper.

Most people have more vaginal discharge during ovulation, in other words, the secretion increases during ovulation. For some people, the secretion increases three days before and after ovulation. If you rely on the color of the vaginal discharge, you can roughly determine the actual ovulation time. Mothers who are preparing to have a baby can judge the ovulation period based on the amount of secretion. If they cannot see it accurately, they need to use ovulation test strips.

Under normal circumstances, women will begin to ovulate about 24 hours after the vaginal discharge begins, and this period is also the best time for pregnancy. Therefore, the increase in hand secretions is closely related to the time of ovulation. However, female friends with gynecological inflammation usually have vaginal discharge not only during the ovulation period, but sometimes they also have excessive vaginal discharge due to excessive work pressure, which is usually a manifestation of endocrine imbalance.

Therefore, I would like to remind many female friends here to pay more attention to hygiene, change underwear frequently, and expose them to the sun after washing, because ultraviolet light has a good antibacterial and antiviral effect. Don't simply judge the time of ovulation based on the amount of secretions.
