Remedies for severe insomnia:

1. Fresh purple salvia miltiorrhiza and fresh sour jujube root. Decoction in water is used to treat insomnia, memory loss, and strange dreams at night.

2. 2 raw eggs, wolfberries, and 10 dates. First, boil the wolfberries and jujubes in tap water for 30 minutes, then add the eggs and cook until cooked. Mainly used to treat insomnia and memory loss.

3. Hawthorn kernel. Fry until it becomes charcoal, mash it, boil it in water and add appropriate amount of white sugar. Take 1 dose every night before going to bed. Mainly used to treat palpitations and insomnia. (Not suitable for people with excessive stomach acid)

5. 1 pig heart, Panax notoginseng, and pure honey. Wash the pig heart, cook it with Panax notoginseng, and add pure honey after the pig heart is cooked. Eat meat and drink soup.

6. Chinese jujube seed powder, green tea leaves. Drink green tea leaves before 8 am and avoid drinking tea after 8 am. Take 10 grams of Chinese jujube seed powder before going to bed at night. Use with caution in patients with high blood pressure, tachycardia, habitual constipation, and during breastfeeding.

7. Scutellaria baicalensis, donkey-hide gelatin cake, raw oyster, tortoise shell, cypress seed, raw rehmannia root, and spiny jujube seed, decocted in water and taken orally.
