Raw materials: 1 pig's trotter, 2 colored corns, 2 yams, 10 red dates, 1 handful of peanut kernels, 2 pieces of ginger, 1 scallion, appropriate amount of pure grain wine, appropriate amount of salt, a small amount of rice vinegar, 1 clove of fennel, 1 small piece of star anise, 1 slice of ginger, 5 peppercorns, and 8 fennel.

1. Roast the pig's feet over the fire to remove the hair.

2. After cleaning, start cutting from the middle of the two large claws. Just chop it back and forth to remove the big tendons.

3. Chop the pig's feet into two pieces.

4. Cut the two halves in half again and split them into 4 parts.

5. Heat the wok over low heat without adding any oil, put the pig's feet in and roast until the skin turns slightly yellow.

6. Put the pig's feet and a large piece of ginger (broken) in cold water, then add an appropriate amount of pure grain wine, and cook over high heat until boiling.

7. Take out the pig's feet, wash them clean, and put them into the pressure cooker. Put all the ingredients in the material bag, wrap them up, and put them into the pressure cooker; then put in the jujube, peanut kernels and chopped corn; peel the yam, cut it into sections and put it in. Then add water that has not been soaked in food. Add a small amount of rice vinegar and press for 30 minutes.

8. After venting the pipe for 30 minutes, sprinkle in appropriate amount of salt and stir. Use an oil skimmer to remove the top layer of oil. Just sprinkle with appropriate amount of green onions.
