How long after giving birth can I apply a facial mask?

Many mothers have the habit of applying facial masks, but they don’t have time to do so every day during pregnancy. The use of a moisturizing mask will not affect medical care, nor will it cause harm to the mother's body. So, how long after giving birth should you apply a facial mask?

It is okay to use a hydrating mask during confinement, but you need to be careful when choosing a hydrating mask. Because moisturizing masks are also skin care products, and most skin care products contain lead. If these harmful substances enter the skin and then enter the body, then of course the milk will be affected. However, the nutrients during breastfeeding are converted from the mother's blood. If proper care is taken, there will be no problem at all.

Moisturizing masks have little effect on the human body. The current weather is dry, so moderate facial care is possible. There is no breastfeeding at this stage, and it has no effect on children.

Getting up and moving around in the early stages is beneficial to the body's recovery, urination and defecation, can prevent and reduce the occurrence of venous blockage, restore abdominal muscle strength as soon as possible, and prevent excessive relaxation of the abdominal skin.

Mothers who have given birth naturally should wake up 6-12 hours after giving birth and start some activities. Within two days after giving birth, they can walk around the room and then do postpartum exercises regularly. Mothers who have undergone episiotomy and cesarean section can delay waking up and start a little exercise on the third day after delivery. When the wound is pain-free after the stitches are removed, additional postpartum exercise will be added.

Postpartum exercises should include knee bending and push-ups, which can increase the strength of the abdominal muscles; anal contraction should also be increased to achieve the effect of exercising the pelvic muscles and muscle fascia. Half a month after giving birth, start to improve the chest-knee lying position to prevent and correct uterine retroversion.
