Children can be weaned using special bras for postpartum birth.

4. Proper fitness exercise

After mothers and their children are weaned, they can do some simple chest exercises, such as chest expansion exercises, stretching exercises, plank support, etc. These exercises can focus on training the chest muscles, making the breast muscles more developed and the chest more tall and elastic.
