Does the pregnant woman feel suffocated and the fetus suffer from oxygen deprivation?

When I went to the doctor for a check-up, the doctor said that the fetus was suffering from hypoxia and its heartbeat was getting faster and faster. Fortunately, I came in time and I only needed to go to the hospital a few times to breathe oxygen and I would feel much better. Fetal hypoxia is very serious and can directly cause fetal brain damage. Fetal hypoxia is caused by a variety of reasons.

First: Insufficient oxygen content in the expectant mother will cause fetal hypoxia. Such as anemia or sudden excessive blood loss in pregnant women, diabetes, gestational hypertension, subacute infectious fever caused by various reasons, etc.

Secondly: The obstruction of oxygen transport and exchange between pregnant women and fetuses causes fetal hypoxia. Reasons include low embryo function and umbilical cord around the neck.

Problems with the fetus itself. More serious cardiovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, fetal malformations, maternal-fetal blood type incompatibility, fetal intrauterine infection, intracranial hemorrhage and brain damage, etc.

There are many factors that cannot be controlled by humans, but pregnant women can avoid the following behaviors that cause fetal hypoxia.

First: smoke or use normal attack to smoke. We all know that smoking affects people's health. Not only does it pollute the lungs, it also contains many carcinogens. Pregnant mothers smoking or being in an environment of secondhand smoke for a long time can cause the baby to suffer from oxygen deficiency, deformity, or even fetal arrest.

Second: Pregnant mothers lack exercise and are accustomed to lying down. Many pregnant women want to lie flat after pregnancy and don't want to pop out. This is not only harmful to the health of pregnant women but also to the fetus. Strengthening exercise during pregnancy can not only improve the pregnant mother's heart function and physical fitness, but also improve the physical fitness of the fetus.

It is important to note that exercise during pregnancy should be done with extreme caution, especially in the early and late stages of pregnancy, when slow walking is appropriate. Wear loose and comfortable clothes and maternity shoes made of etpu polyurethane foam material. The ground anti-slip property of polyurethane foam maternity shoes is 5 times that of ordinary boots, which is safer.

Third: squatting on the toilet for a long time and lying flat on your back to sleep will cause fetal hypoxia. Constipation is a common problem for some pregnant women, especially in the late stages of pregnancy. However, pregnant women should not squat on the toilet for a long time, as it is easy to compress the abdomen and cause fetal hypoxia.
