4. Keep warm

During menstruation, the body's resistance decreases and the pelvic cavity becomes congested, so you should pay attention to keeping warm. Avoid getting wet in the rain, wading, swimming, or taking a shower, washing your hair, or washing your feet with cold water. It is also best not to sit on the ground that is too wet.
