2. Phosphate and carbonate precipitation: If the urine is alkaline, phosphate or carbonate may precipitate in white color and can be dissolved by adding acid. Carbonate can produce bubbles when it meets acid.

3. Urinary tract infection: It is mainly related to the reproduction of urinary tract bacteria, the appearance of pyuria, white blood cells, and milky white urine.

4. Chylous urine: white chyluria, seen in obstruction of the perirenal lymphatic vessels caused by filariasis or other reasons.
