Should pregnant women with breech position walk more?

Pregnant women with breech presentation need to walk more. If the baby is in breech presentation around 32 weeks of pregnancy, it is possible to change the fetal position to a normal one by taking appropriate walks every day and doing the knee-chest position as prescribed by the doctor. Even if the fetal position is normal, daily exercise is beneficial to pregnant women and the baby in the belly. 1. 2. Take a proper walk. Pregnant women should engage in appropriate outdoor activities every day, with walking being the best form of exercise. At the same time, proper walking is also very beneficial for delivery.

3. Drink more water. Pregnant women with breech presentation fetuses should drink more water when they are around 30 weeks pregnant, especially for pregnant women with too little amniotic fluid. Drinking more water can temporarily increase the amount of amniotic fluid. With more amniotic fluid, the fetus has more space to move, which may turn the breech presentation into a normal position.

4. Sleep on your side. Pregnant women can sleep on their side to adjust the fetal position by placing the fetus's back facing upwards.
