Abdominal pain after transplantation is like menstruation

Abdominal pain after transplantation is like menstruation

Abdominal pain will occur after IVF transplantation. This is mainly because the fertilized egg begins to implant after transplantation, so the pregnant woman will experience early symptoms of early pregnancy. Therefore, abdominal pain after IVF transplantation is a normal physiological phenomenon, and it will be accompanied by symptoms of nausea, vomiting and drowsiness. Women should make various preparations for pregnancy and regularly check the development of the fetus in the mother.

Why do I feel dysmenorrhea after transplantation?

It is normal to feel slight pain after IVF transplantation. If the abdominal pain is unbearable, you need to consult your attending physician.

Dysmenorrhea, or menstrual pain, is one of the most common symptoms among gynecological patients. Many women experience mild discomfort during their periods, but dysmenorrhea is pain during the period that interferes with normal activities and requires medication. Cyclic menstrual pain is common and occurs during most menstrual cycles. The pain is often cramping and may be accompanied by lower back pain, nausea, vomiting, headache, or diarrhea.

Dysmenorrhea can be divided into primary dysmenorrhea and secondary dysmenorrhea. Primary dysmenorrhea is cyclical menstrual pain without organic disease, while secondary pain is often seen in endometriosis, fibroids, pelvic inflammatory disease, adenomyosis, endometrial polyps and menstrual outlet obstruction. Therefore, secondary pain is often accompanied by other gynecological symptoms, such as dyspareunia, dysuria, abnormal bleeding, uterine fibroids, or infertility.

Primary dysmenorrhea is most common in women in their 20s and 30s, and the incidence gradually decreases with age, while secondary dysmenorrhea gradually increases. Recent worldwide statistics report that the incidence of dysmenorrhea is approximately 17-80%. Due to different definitions and survey methods, it is difficult to determine the true incidence of dysmenorrhea. Women don’t see a doctor unless the symptoms of dysmenorrhea interfere with their quality of life.

How to solve dysmenorrhea quickly

Menstruation is called a woman’s old friend. It occurs once a month, but most women are deeply troubled by this “old friend”, which is dysmenorrhea. According to scientific analysis, eight out of ten women experience dysmenorrhea during their menstrual period, either mild or severe. According to survey and analysis data, obvious pain during menstruation mostly occurs in young girls. During dysmenorrhea, the lower abdomen will feel swollen and cramping, affecting study, work and rest. Some women will even faint due to excessive pain.

1. Rub your stomach with your hands: Rub your hands together to warm them up, then gently rub the painful area. Remember not to use too much force, otherwise it will aggravate the pain.

2. Use a hot water bottle or hot water bag: Fill the hot water bottle with hot water, and then place it on the painful area to warm it up. This will relieve the symptoms of dysmenorrhea. Only hot water is effective, lukewarm water will not work. Also, drinking some hot water can relieve pain.

3. Brown sugar water: Use an appropriate amount of brown sugar, not too little. Soak it in hot water and drink it while it is hot. Do not wait until it cools down before drinking it, as that will have no effect. Brown sugar can replenish blood and relieve symptoms of dysmenorrhea.

4. Painkillers: If the above three methods work, try not to choose painkillers. As the saying goes: All medicines are poisonous. Taking medicines will form drug dependence. However, it is okay to take them less often. But if the above three methods work, try not to choose painkillers.
