What are the reasons for girls' early menstruation?

Under normal circumstances, girls will have their period once a month, but some girls may have their period earlier or later due to personal physical reasons. This situation is a type of menstrual disorder. Of course, there are many reasons that may affect women's menstruation, and certain gynecological diseases cannot be ruled out as a factor. So what are the reasons for girls' early menstruation?

1. The normal menstrual cycle is 21-35 days, with an average of 28 days, and a delay of no more than 7 days. If the menstrual cycle is advanced by 7-10 days and the menstrual period is normal for more than 2 consecutive months, it is called premature menstruation. From the perspective of Western medicine, it is often related to dysfunctional uterine bleeding with ovulatory corpus luteum deficiency and pelvic inflammatory disease. From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, the main mechanism is that the Chong and Ren meridians are not solid, menstrual blood is not controlled, and menstruation comes early, which is often caused by Qi deficiency and blood heat.

2. If a woman suffers from a certain gynecological disease, tumor or thyroid disease, etc., it may cause early menstruation or two menstruations in a month. Therefore, if you find that your menstruation is early, it is best to go to the hospital for a detailed examination and not take it lightly.

3. Early menstruation is closely related to women’s childbearing age. Studies have found that if a woman is older when she first becomes pregnant and has fewer pregnancies, the number of times she ovulates will increase accordingly; if a woman breastfeeds longer, the time of menopause will be delayed and the number of ovulations will be less. If menstruation comes early, but the amount and color of menstrual blood are within the normal range, then this is a normal phenomenon, which has a lot to do with the woman's pregnancy time and number of pregnancies.

4. Clinically, some women may experience early menstruation or even menstrual cycle and endocrine disorders after taking certain medications. Common drugs of this type include contraceptives, chemotherapy drugs, and drugs for treating the mental system, etc. These drugs cause inflammation of women's reproductive organs or tumors, and even malnutrition in the body. However, after stopping these drugs, women's menstrual cycles will gradually return to normal.
