Sinus bradycardia in women

Sinus bradycardia in women

Everyone should know that everyone's heart rate should be controlled within an appropriate range to ensure the normal functioning of the heart. However, some patients still experience a heart beating too fast or too slow, and some women even experience sinus bradycardia. So what is a woman with sinus bradycardia?

If a female patient experiences sinus bradycardia, this may be caused by hypothyroidism or hyperkalemia. If you want to be clear, you need to check serum ions and thyroid function. Some women also experience sinus bradycardia, which may be because the patient is an athlete, engages in heavy physical labor for a long time, or people who exercise regularly may also have a slow heart rate. This situation is relatively normal and does not require special intervention or treatment. Some patients may have suffered from severe inferior wall or right ventricular myocardial infarction in the past and may also experience sinus bradycardia. The treatment mainly focuses on antiplatelet, lipid-lowering and plaque stabilization therapy. As long as the disease is within a safe range, no special intervention is required.

1. Sinus arrhythmia includes premature sinus beats, sinus tachycardia, sinus bradycardia, sinus arrhythmia, sinus arrest and sick sinus syndrome.

2. Arrhythmia refers to abnormalities in the frequency, rhythm, origin, conduction velocity and excitation order of cardiac impulses. It can occur in various organic heart diseases, but many are caused by autonomic nervous system dysfunction.

3. Arrhythmia includes sinus arrhythmia, but other types of arrhythmia are often more serious than sinus arrhythmia. At the same time, sinus arrhythmia can also be severe, such as sick sinus syndrome.

Generally, if you are sure you have arrhythmia, you should consult a cardiologist to see if you need to take medicine or other treatment.

What should patients with arrhythmia pay attention to?

1. Live a regular life and get enough sleep;

2. The living environment should be quiet and avoid noise. There should be a variety of flowers and plants in the courtyard and balcony to help cultivate your temperament;

3. Pay attention to the combination of work and rest, choose appropriate physical exercise according to your own situation, such as walking, Tai Chi, Qigong, etc., and control sexual intercourse to prevent colds;

4. Try to maintain a normal weight and avoid overeating, as gaining weight may increase the workload on the heart;

5. Pay attention to the changes in seasons, time of year, and climate. Cold and hot weather, as well as solar terms that have a greater impact on diseases, such as the beginning of spring, summer solstice, beginning of winter, and winter solstice, can easily induce or aggravate arrhythmias. You should take precautions in advance and take measures such as keeping warm, ventilating, and cooling down.

6. The diet should be easy to digest, light, nutritious, small and frequent meals, low in salt and fat, high in protein, multivitamins, clean and hygienic, with appropriate temperature, regular and quantitative. Patients with arrhythmia should avoid strong tea, coffee, cigarettes, strong alcohol, fried food, and overly salty, overly sweet, and overly sticky food. They should eat less refined grains, preserved eggs, and animal offal. Those with edema should limit their water intake.

7. Whether the mental state is normal or not is closely related to the occurrence of arrhythmia. Try to eliminate negative emotional stimulation such as tension, fear, worry, worry, anger, etc., maintain a normal mentality, and keep the seven emotions harmonious;

8. In addition to daily oral medications, patients should also have emergency medicines prescribed by doctors, such as propranolol, quick-acting heart-saving pills, nitroglycerin, atropine, etc.
