Early symptoms of breast fibroids

Early symptoms of breast fibroids

The early symptoms of breast fibroids mainly include lumps in the breasts and milk discharge from the nipples. Pressing the breast fibroids will cause pain. Generally, they are single lumps, and lumps may appear on both breasts at the same time. Therefore, if women have early symptoms of breast fibroids, they should undergo surgery immediately to remove them, otherwise it will affect the recovery of the disease and lead to the occurrence of breast tumors.

1. The main symptom is the appearance of a lump in the breast without any pain, and there is rarely any breast pain or nipple discharge. Moreover, the lump in this case is usually not easy to find under normal circumstances. It is usually discovered accidentally or when taking a shower. Sometimes it can also be discovered during a physical examination.

2. When fibroids occur, single lumps are the most common, but multiple lumps may also occur. Lumps may appear on both breasts at the same time, or one after the other.

3. The shape of the lumps is mostly round or oval, with a diameter usually around 1 to 3 cm. They can also be larger or very small, and occasionally huge lumps appear.

4. The boundaries of the lump are clear, the edges are relatively neat, the surface is relatively smooth and elastic, there is no tenderness, the range of movement is large, and there is no adhesion to the skin. The tumors in this case are mostly benign, so there is no need to worry too much.

How do you get breast fibroids?

1. The formation of breast fibroids is often related to the vigorous ovarian function. Vigorous ovarian function will lead to rapid timing. Excessive secretion will cause excessive stimulation to the local breast tissue, causing local reactions in the breast tissue, and then forming hyperplasia of the breast epithelium and fibrous tissue.

2. Many patients with breast tumors have a family history, so the occurrence of breast tumors may have genetic factors. In particular, some breast tumor patients and patients at a younger age are at higher risk than ordinary women when developing breast tumors.

3. Infection by viral particles can also cause breast tumors. Breast tumors in this case are much more dangerous than ordinary breast tumors. Therefore, when breast fibroma occurs, it must be treated in a timely manner.

4. If the body's immune function against tumors is low, the anti-tumor factors will be suppressed, and breast fibroids will easily occur. If the breast is injured or damaged by radiation, it is also easy to develop tumors.

What are the treatments for breast fibroids?

1. If you find breast fibroadenoma, you should get checked first before making a final decision. Generally, breast fibroadenoma is a benign tumor and only rarely develops into a malignant lesion. Breast fibroids develop relatively slowly, have no obvious symptoms, and will not affect your life or work. You can pay close attention and have regular checkups.

2. In addition to observation, surgical removal can be performed. When you go to the hospital for a breast examination and find that the breast fibroids tend to grow larger, or when a color ultrasound examination finds a large amount of blood flow signals in the fibroids, surgical removal is required.

3. Patients with breast fibroids need to undergo surgery to remove the breast fibroids before preparing for pregnancy, because the occurrence of breast fibroids is prone to occur and is related to elevated estrogen levels. During lactation and pregnancy, hormone levels in the body will change, which may cause the tumor to increase rapidly. During pregnancy and lactation, it is not suitable to undergo surgery or examinations involving ulcers.

4. If a teenager has a huge fibroid, if the tumor grows rapidly and is large in size, and causes a certain amount of squeezing on the normal breast tissue, then surgical removal is required.
