Will my breasts swell in the first week of pregnancy?

Just one week into pregnancy, you will find yourself with breast distension. Most of these are typical symptoms that occur after pregnancy. For many people, the symptoms will become more and more prominent, with very strong clinical manifestations, such as breast distension, nausea, and loss of appetite. You need to adjust your emotions after they occur. Not only that, you will also feel some changes in the surface of your uterus.

The first trimester refers to the period from the first week to the thirteenth week of pregnancy. In the early stages of pregnancy, pregnant women will have stronger symptoms, and some pregnant women begin to experience early pregnancy reactions (fatigue, weakness, drowsiness, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, etc.).

Expectant mothers need exercise the most during the first three months of pregnancy. People often say that expectant mothers should exercise more, which will help with natural childbirth and benefit the body and mind.

Belly changes: As the fetus grows, the belly gradually gets bigger, and the burden on the body increases.

Pulse changes: pulse rate increases by 10 beats per minute, breathing rate increases: heart rate increases by 10 to 15 times

Metabolism: Metabolism accelerates: metabolic rate increases by 10% to 25%

Uterine changes: Thickening and lengthening of uterine muscle fibers

Breast changes: Breasts become larger and softer, and milk ducts increase

The fetus grows and develops very quickly in the mother's body. In the first 8 weeks after pregnancy, the fertilized egg develops from a single cell into a formed human body with 200 million cells. This period is called an embryo; after 8 weeks of pregnancy, it is called a fetus. At 6 weeks of pregnancy, the embryo's spine and brain begin to form, and the heart begins to beat. B-ultrasound can measure the activity of the embryo and heart. At this time, the pregnant woman may have early pregnancy reactions. After 7 weeks, limbs begin to form.

After 8 weeks, the embryo has eyes but no face or external auditory canal; the embryo begins to move, but the pregnant woman cannot feel it yet. At 12 weeks, the fetus is about 7 cm long and weighs 20 grams. It has a human shape and its head appears larger than other parts of the body. The fetal heart rate can be heard using a Doppler stethoscope. The fundus of the uterus can be felt above the pubic symphysis through the abdomen.

1. Lie down and get enough rest. When you feel like vomiting, you might as well lie down. This method can effectively relieve morning sickness. You can also use a pregnancy pillow to protect your back and stomach and ensure a good night's sleep.

2. Eat small, frequent meals. Eating a small amount in the morning can prevent nausea and vomiting. Keep some nutritious and appetizing snacks around you so that you can eat whenever you feel hungry. This method can reduce morning sickness.

Eat more original foods. In the early stages of pregnancy, you can eat more foods rich in carbohydrates, such as soda crackers, bananas, etc. In addition, white rice, plain yogurt, lemonade, watermelon, etc. can also reduce morning sickness. Avoid fatty, greasy, spicy, and fried foods, which can irritate your already fragile digestive system.
